  1. Address Book Plus can export comma-delimited and tab-delimited text for use by other applications.  You can export files that can be used by the DOS version of Address Book Plus.  You can add mail-merge headers to an exported text file so you can use it to generate form letters in applications like Microsoft Word™.

  3. Address Book Plus can also export data in formats that can be imported by several popular electronic organizers.  See the subtopic “Export options” for more information.

  5. To export a file, select Export from the File menu.  See “Export” under “File menu” for instructions on using the Export dialog box.

  7. You can modify existing export file formats and create new ones.  You can also specify which fields to export and the order in which to export them.  See the subtopic “Creating or changing export file formats” for instructions.
